Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Having the level of a national tennis second level athlete or above; 2. Within 6 months, there have been no major injuries or mental illnesses affecting the experiment, and during this period, one has been able to systematically participate in the entire intervention process and proficiently perform squats; 3. Training period of more than 3 years; 4. All participants voluntarily participated in this experiment and had a training compliance rate of over 90%. Adequate rest and sleep time were ensured before testing and training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low compliance; 2. Injured and lost to follow-up, quit halfway; 3. Failure to cooperate.
