Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old, both male and female, ASA I-II level; 2. Patients with alcohol dependence: meet the diagnostic criteria for Alcohol Use Disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5), with severity being moderate to severe (i.e., meeting >=4 symptom criteria), and an Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT) score >=20; Non-drinking control patients: do not drink or drink very little (drinking <=2 times per month), with each drinking occasion <1 standard drink, and have not consumed alcohol in the past month; 3. Obtain informed consent from the patient and their family.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe systemic diseases, including liver and kidney failure, heart and respiratory failure, etc.; 2. Patients with a history of mental illness or neurological diseases (including history of cerebral infarction, brain trauma, and brain tumors, etc.); 3. Patients currently taking drugs that affect MACawake or with a history of drug abuse; 4. Patients with a family history of malignant hyperthermia or contraindications to sevoflurane; 5. Patients with hearing impairments; 6. Pregnant or postpartum women and patients with tumors, etc.; 7. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 8. Patients with difficult airways or difficulty with mask ventilation; 9. Patients with other conditions that researchers deem unsuitable for participation in this study.
