Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for upper gastrointestinal endoscopic surgery 2. Age range: 18 - 80 years old 3. ASA classification: I - III 4. BMI: 18 - 30 kg/m^2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nasal cavity tumor or severe deviation of the nasal septum 2. Patients who have undergone previous nasopharyngeal surgery 3. Coagulation dysfunction 4. Risk of difficult airway (mandibular-mental distance = III)

In terms of intubation time (defined as the duration from the tip of the tube entering the nostril to the tube entering the trachea).;

Nasal passage time (defined as the duration from the tip of the tube entering the nostril to its passage through the posterior nasal aperture/choana).;Number of intubation attempts;First attempt success rate;Assistant's maneuvers (including assistance in exposing the glottis and assisting with endotracheal intubation) and the use of intubation assistive devices (such as Magill forceps or fibreoptic bronchoscope, etc.).;The intubation conditions were quantitatively assessed using the Modified Nasotracheal Intubation Difficulty Scale.;The laryngeal view was assessed using the Cormack-Lehane (C-L) grade.;MAP and HR before intubation (T1), immediately after intubation (T2), 1 min after intubation (T3), and after position change (T4), as well as the lowest SpO? during intubation.;Observe the occurrence of epistaxis, hoarseness, and sore throat after extubation.;Satisfaction of doctors and nurses;
