Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for non-small cell lung cancer in the "Clinical Practice Guidelines for Lung Cancer of the Chinese Medical Association (2025 Edition)"; 2. Age = 60 years; 3. Clear surgical indications; 4. Conscious, with certain reading and answering abilities, voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness or consciousness disorders; 2. Those with acute infections, hematologic diseases, autoimmune diseases, or other active malignant tumors; 3. Patients with liver or kidney failure; 4. Those who undergo radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery; 5. Patients who cannot walk due to being bedridden, paralysis, or other reasons.
