65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. Hospitalized for initial unilateral total hip arthroplasty due to femoral head necrosis or hip osteoarthritis; 3. Able to actively participate in preoperative rehabilitation exercises; 4. Informed consent obtained and signed; 5. Assigned to a designated joint medical team with uniform surgical qualifications; 6. No contraindications for VR use (e.g., vertigo; severe visual or hearing impairment).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with glaucoma or other severe ocular diseases; 2. Patients with severe underlying conditions contraindicating surgery; 3. Patients with major organ dysfunction; 4. Patients scheduled for complex elective hip revision surgery; 5. Patients with psychiatric disorders or depression; 6. Patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty by medical teams other than the designated team.
