Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in this study; 2. Present clinical symptoms or signs of cervical spinal cord damage; 3. Cervical MRI confirms significant compression of the spinal cord, including intervertebral disc protrusion and posterior longitudinal ligament ossification; 4. Without undergoing decompression surgery or drug treatment; 5. Without amyotrophic lateral sclerosis of the spinal cord, spinal cord tumors, secondary adhesive arachnoiditis, spinal cord injury, multiple peripheral neuritis, etc. 6. Right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age > 65 years old; 2. History of other neurological diseases; 3. History of mental illness; 4. Patients with poor cooperation and significant head movement during scanning, resulting in poor image quality; 5. History of brain or cervical spine surgery; 6. Claustrophobia and other conditions unsuitable for magnetic resonance scanning.
