Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute cerebral infarction due to large vessel occlusion in the posterior circulation receiving endovascular recanalization therapy, with occlusion sites including the V1 segment of the vertebral artery, the V4 segment of the vertebral artery, the basilar artery, or tandem lesions in the posterior circulation; (2) Onset time = 24 hours; (3) NIHSS score at onset = 6; (4) ASPECTS score at onset = 6; (5) Medically stable condition; (6) Informed consent signed by the patient's family members to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Anterior circulation large vessel occlusion, including the M1 segment of the middle cerebral artery, the M2 segment of the middle cerebral artery, the extracranial segment of the internal carotid artery, the intracranial segment of the internal carotid artery, the anterior cerebral artery, or tandem lesions in the anterior circulation; (2) Failed endovascular recanalization; (3) Incomplete follow-up data.
