6 Years to 20 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 6 - 20 years old; 2. Voluntarily participated in this study. 3. Score on the Social Avoidance and Distress Scale is higher than 7 points. 4. Score on the Social Phobia Scale is higher than 22 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe mental disorders, such as major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.; 2. Having had or currently having problems with drug or substance abuse; 3. Currently taking medications for mental and psychological disorders, such as antidepressants, anxiolytics, mood stabilizers, antipsychotic drugs, etc.; 4. At risk of suicide; 5. Having experienced severe trauma or having a history of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); 6. Undergoing other types of psychological treatment.
