Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients who have been clinically evaluated and meet the diagnostic criteria for sepsis and septic cardiomyopathy; 3. ICU hospitalization time >= 24 hours; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous diagnosis of heart failure, chronic hepatic or renal failure, autoimmune disease, or malignancy; 2.Age <18 years; 3.Pregnant women; 4.Patients with an anticipated survival period of less than 24 hours or those who are unable to complete the follow-up process.
