Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women who used medication during pregnancy (including two groups: early pregnancy (from the last menstrual period to week 12 of gestation, calculated from the first day of the last menstrual period) and mid-to-late pregnancy (from week 13 of gestation to delivery)), or women who unintentionally used medication during the pre-pregnancy period and have become pregnant. 2.Pregnant women who voluntarily participate in the survey with informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women with unclear medication dosage, timing, and other information. 2.Pregnant women who cannot participate in the survey due to mental illness or physical disability/impairment. 3.Women who are preparing for pregnancy and non-pregnant women; 4.With severe heart, liver, kidney, or immune system diseases;
