Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-65 years; 2.ASA physical status I-III; 3.Scheduled for elective robot-assisted partial nephrectomy;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Coagulation dysfunction or bleeding diathesis; 2.Infection or inflammation at the puncture site; 3.Definite or known chronic pain history; 4.Planned postoperative ICU admission; 5.Hypersensitivity to local anesthetics; 6.Inability to communicate due to severe dementia, language barrier, or terminal illness; 7.Refusal to sign informed consent;

Cumulative 24-hour postoperative intravenous morphine milligram equivalent (MME) consumption.;

Perioperative safety outcomes;Postoperative pain scores (Numeric Rating Scale [NRS]) at rest and during coughing at 0.5,1, 2, 6, 12, and 24 hours;Length of postoperative hospital stay;Quality of Recovery-15 (QoR-15) score at 24 hours postoperatively;Time to first analgesic request;Time to first ambulation;Cumulative postoperative opioid consumption (intravenous morphine milligram equivalents [MME]) measured at 0.5, 1, 2, 6, and 12 hours postoperatively.;
