Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of rotator cuff tear in the book of clinical diagnosis and treatment of orthopaedics, and by imaging examinations such as MRI; 2. those who are ineffective in conservative treatment, and meet the indications of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair after clinical evaluation, and its their first shoulder surgery; 3. with good communication and cooperation ability; 4. clinical medical records are complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combination with other complex shoulder diseases, such as clavicle distal fracture, sternoclavicular joint dislocation, tendonification, shoulder tumors, etc. 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, immune coagulation dysfunction; 3. Female patients in special periods such as pregnancy lactation; 4. Patients with contraindications to surgery or anesthesia-related therapy.
