Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have obtained the qualification certificate of a specialized nurse certified at the national, provincial or hospital level; 2. Clinical work experience >=5 years; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals on long-term leave (e.g., maternity or sick leave) or away for further education/training during the survey period, rendering them unable to complete the questionnaire.
