Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with cystic-solid thyroid nodules at our hospital from March 2025 to January 2026, who underwent fine-needle aspiration or ablation treatment; 2. Completed preoperative ultrasound examination with complete ultrasound image data; 3. Postoperative cyst fluid samples stored for physicochemical property testing; 4. Signed informed consent obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete ultrasound image data; 2. Insufficient cyst fluid sample volume to complete protein concentration, viscosity, and electrical conductivity testing; 3. Nodules pathologically confirmed as malignant.
