Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for the SIC Patient Case Group:?? 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Underwent CRRT for a duration of >= 12 hours; 3. Received blood purification therapy using the Jafron DX-10 system with its matching tubing set and the Fresenius AV1000s filter; 4. Normal function of the blood purification circuit (able to aspirate 20 ml of blood from both lumens within 6 seconds); 5. Experienced unplanned discontinuation of therapy (i.e., total CRRT treatment time = 24 hours) during their CRRT treatment.
Exclusion criteria

Patients who were discharged automatically (against medical advice) or died during the treatment; 2.Treatment termination due to non-extracorporeal circuit coagulation reasons, such as patient resuscitation or equipment failure; 3.Patients undergoing hemoperfusion, plasma exchange, artificial liver blood purification, or various combined therapies. ??The exclusion criteria for the control group were the same as those for the case group.??
