Interventions

Gold Standard:Surgical or puncture pathological diagnosis (histological confirmation)
It specifically includes diagnosis and confirmation through ultrasound-guided biopsy combined with pathological analysis
Index test:AI-assisted breast MRI early screening model based on self-supervised learning (T2WI, DWI, ADC sequences), providing lesion annotation, risk score, and BI-RADS recommendation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with breast diseases who were treated at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital, the Second Affiliated Hospital and the Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2013 to November 2024, including benign breast masses such as breast hyperplasia, breast adenopathy, intraductal papilloma of the breast and fibroadenoma of the breast, Malignant breast tumors such as invasive lobular carcinoma of the breast, invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast, invasive micropapillary carcinoma of the breast, ductal carcinoma in situ of the breast, intraductal carcinoma of the breast, intraductal papillary carcinoma of the breast, mixed breast carcinoma, Paget's disease, etc. 2. Aged between 18 and 70; 3. Undergo ultrasound, mammography and MRI examinations before the operation or one month before radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4. Physical examination patients who have normal results from ultrasound, mammography, MRI and tumor marker tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Initial treatment in non-research hospitals; 2. Patients with underlying diseases or pregnant patients; 3. Patients who have received prostheses; 4. There are concurrent primary malignant tumors in other parts of the body; 5. Incomplete information and materials.
