Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >=18 years; diagnosed with ITP or TTP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.incomplete clinical data; 2.PLT>=50*10^9/L; 3.Pregnant women; 4.Patients with concurrent hematological malignancies; 5.Patients who received tumor immunotherapy or chemotherapy within the past 6 months; 6.Patients with other thrombotic diseases; 7.Patients lost to follow-up;
