18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >18 years and <70 years; 2. Diagnosis of Type A aortic dissection confirmed by computed tomography angiography (CTA); 3. Time from symptom onset to surgery <=72 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who did not undergo surgical treatment in the Department of Cardiac Surgery; 2. History of mechanical ventilation or pulmonary infection within 14 days prior to surgery; 3. History of organ transplantation, immunosuppression, or immunodeficiency; 4. Intraoperative death or early postoperative death; 5. Severely incomplete medical records or missing key clinical data.
