Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of 18 years or older; 2. Underwent elective radical resection of head, neck, or maxillofacial malignant tumors with simultaneous free flap transplantation and repair at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine Affiliated Ninth People's Hospital between October 1, 2017, and October 31, 202; 3. Unplanned reoperation within 30 days after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of active systemic infection or uncorrected coagulopathy before surgery; 2. Severe lack of perioperative medical records.
