Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for disabled individuals: (1) Evaluated by the Long Scale as having bed-bound functional impairment with a score between 4 to 9 (corresponding to a Barthel Index score =40 [35]); (2) The subject's condition is stable, and immediate family members agree to voluntarily participate in this study. 2. Inclusion criteria for caregivers: (1) Have a stable caregiving relationship with the disabled individual for more than one year; (2) Age =18 years; (3) Have an educational level of primary school or above; (4) Good moral and professional ethics and able to perform physical activities; (5) Participate in caregiver training throughout and pass the training assessment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for disabled individuals: (1) Disabled individuals with severe organ diseases or severe mental disorders; (2) Other situations where the participant cannot cooperate with researchers to complete the survey. 2. Exclusion criteria for caregivers: Caregivers who, for various reasons, do not cooperate with this study.
