control group:Administer 0.9% physiological saline solution of equal volume to the dexmedetomidine group via nasal route
Dexmedetomidine group:Administer 1 µ g/kg dexmedetomidine via nasal route

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the indications for emergency cesarean section; 2. Clear consciousness, basic communication and understanding skills, able to cooperate in completing psychological scale assessments; 3. Can clearly understand the content of this study, voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous diagnosis of depression, anxiety disorder or other mental disorders; 2. Long term use of sedatives, antidepressants, or anti anxiety drugs in the past; 3. Known to be allergic to dexmedetomidine or have contraindications for use, such as severe sinus bradycardia, atrioventricular block, etc; 4. Patients with severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction.
