18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old; 2. Pathologically confirmed as primary liver cancer after surgery, planned to undergo radical hepatectomy; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-IV; 4. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Presence of end-stage renal disease before surgery (eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m²) or currently receiving renal replacement therapy; 3. Severe liver failure (Child-Pugh class C); 4. Concurrent other active malignant tumors; 5. Cognitive impairment or mental illness preventing cooperation with quality of life assessment; 6. Patients with advanced-stage tumors.
