Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Retrospective cohort case series: 1. Age 18 or older, regardless of gender. 2. Patients with heart failure as the main cause of hospitalization, including new heart failure or chronic heart failure decompensation. 3. Hospitalized from January 2010 to September 2025. Prospective cohort case series: 1. Aged between 18 and 79 years, regardless of gender; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for heart failure; 3. Have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Retrospective cohort case series: Due to incomplete data, the cases could not meet the basic requirements of the case report table in this study. Prospective cohort case series: 1. Already in a life-threatening condition; 2. With severe dysfunction of important organs such as the liver and kidneys, or diseases such as malignant tumors and acute cerebral infarction; 3. With malignant arrhythmias or severe bradycardia; 4. Requiring special handling during treatment that may affect the clinical management of heart failure; 5. Planning to undergo coronary artery revascularization, cardiac resynchronization, cardiac mechanical assist devices, or heart transplantation; 6. With mental disorders and poor compliance; 7. Judged by the investigator to be unable to complete this study; 8. Currently participating in other clinical studies.
