Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis and Timing: Patients diagnosed with phyllodes tumor through pathological examination at participating centers (Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, Guangdong Cancer Institute, and Shenzhen Hospital of Peking University) between January 1, 2015, and December 31, 2022 2. Tissue sample availability: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tumor tissue blocks or unstained sections suitable for immunohistochemical staining, with sufficient tumor cell content confirmed by a pathologist 3. Clinical data: Possess obtainable and relatively complete baseline clinical pathological data and follow-up data

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other malignant tumors: any other active malignant tumors (except for cured basal cell carcinoma of the skin or cervical carcinoma in situ) at the time of enrollment or within 5 years prior to enrollment 2. Severe data deficiency: Patients with significant missing critical clinical information (e.g., surgical date, pathological grade, tumor size) or survival follow-up data, rendering effective analysis impossible 3. Unqualified tissue samples: Based on pathological evaluation, the tissue samples exhibit poor quality (e.g., severe autolysis, crushing, or burning) or contain insufficient tumor cells, making accurate immunohistochemical interpretation impossible
