45 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinically confirmed heart failure of NYHA Class II– III; 2. Aged 45–74 years; 3. Hemodynamically stable for =4 weeks after admission or with stable disease control prior to study commencement, without acute exacerbation; 4. Capable of independent feeding and able to complete the intervention and relevant documentation; 5. Possessing the ability to use a smartphone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smokers and heavy drinkers; 2. Those with eating disorders or requiring parenteral nutrition; 3. Those undergoing cognitive training or participating in other interventional studies; 4. Those with an expected survival time of no more than 12 weeks; 5. Breastfeeding women or pregnant women;
