Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18–45 years, both genders, myopia ranging from -0.50D to -10.00D, astigmatism = 1.0; 2.No organic ocular diseases (e.g., cataract, glaucoma, retinopathy, keratopathy), no history of ocular surgery or trauma; 3.No systemic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, neurological disorders), no mental illness or cognitive impairment, able to cooperate with all examinations and assessments; 4.No use of medications affecting refractive status (e.g., atropine eye drops) and no orthokeratology lens wear within the past 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Failure to meet the inclusion criteria; 2.Inability to cooperate with subjective refraction, multimodal imaging, or other procedures during the examination; 3.Imaging data of insufficient quality (e.g., motion artifacts, inadequate resolution) preventing extraction of valid 126-dimensional radiomic features using the AIIO intelligent diagnostic program; 4.Loss to follow-up or withdrawal from the study.
