Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with lung cancer according to the diagnostic criteria of the Primary Lung Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2022 Edition), undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy for the first time, with no prior treatment received; 3. Patient Activation Scale score < 55.2 points (indicating low activation level); 4. Alert and oriented, with no language impairment, capable of completing questionnaires; 5. Informed consent obtained, with voluntary participation in the intervention activities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe concomitant heart, brain, kidney, liver, or other diseases; 2. Patients with psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment; 3. Patients receiving adjuvant therapies such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or targeted therapy prior to surgery; 4. Patients with conditions or physical intolerance to the procedure; 5. Patients with a history of or currently participating in similar interventions.
