Nerve block puncture pain

Interventions

Oliceridine Group:Intravenous administration of oliceridine at a dose of 0.02 mg/kg prior to the nerve block procedure.
Sufentanil Group:Intravenous administration of sufentanil at a dose of 0.1 mcg/kg prior to the nerve block procedure.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >= 65 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III, body mass index (BMI) 18-30 kg/m^2, resting pain visual analog scale (VAS) score <=3; Elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy; Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with allergies to oliceridine, sufentanil, or ropivacaine; (2) Individuals with coagulation abnormalities or local infection at the puncture site; (3) Individuals with cognitive, hearing, or language impairments, a history of mental illness, or difficulties in communication and cooperation; (4) Individuals with severe cardiocerebrovascular diseases or hepatic/renal dysfunction.
