Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years; 2.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for gastroduodenal ulcer, presenting with a single perforation and confirmed by intraoperative findings; 3.Underwent laparoscopic repair of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation, with complete clinical data and reliable, undisputed laboratory indicators; 4.No history of other abdominal surgical procedures; 5.Mentally sound, with intact judgment, adequate comprehension and acceptance abilities, and normal verbal communication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other gastrointestinal diseases in addition to gastroduodenal ulcer; 2.Severe dysfunction of solid organs; 3.Coagulation disorders; 4.Severe disturbances of internal homeostasis; 5.Abnormal mental status or cognitive impairment; 6.Presence of severe diseases in other organ systems; 7.Concurrent gastrointestinal bleeding.
