Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with gastric adenocarcinoma confirmed by preoperative endoscopic biopsy pathology, or with a high clinical suspicion of gastric adenocarcinoma, who have an indication for surgical resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unable to provide sufficient tumor tissue and paired adjacent normal tissue specimens. 2.Postoperative pathology: not gastric adenocarcinoma — does not meet the study's histopathological criteria. 3.No signed informed consent / declined participation in this study. 4.Received other anticancer treatments (e.g., chemotherapy, radiotherapy) within 3 months prior to study enrollment.
