Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of hyperuricemia in the 2016 Chinese Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gout, and were asymptomatic hyperuricemia and asymptomatic monosodium urate crystal deposition; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Informed consent; 4. No serious infectious diseases and willing to cooperate with medical staff; 5. Smart phone users.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute hyperuricemia or accompanied by severe heart, liver, kidney failure, malignant tumor, or major infectious disease; 2. Those with mental illness who can communicate normally; 3. Those who are preparing for pregnancy, breastfeeding or pregnant; 4. Withdrawing from the study due to incomplete clinical data; 5. People who are violent.
