Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children meet the above diagnostic criteria for HUA and are aged 1 to 18 years. 2.Family members are primary caregivers, provide informed consent, and voluntarily complete the questionnaire. 3.Able to communicate normally, understand and fill in the questionnaire independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with secondary hyperuricemia (HUA) caused by congenital metabolic diseases, renal insufficiency, tumor chemotherapy, diuretic use, etc. 2.Family members with mental or cognitive disorders who are unable to cooperate. 3.Questionnaire with a missing data rate of more than 10%.
