Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-80 years old, maintenance hemodialysis for >=3 months, 3 times a week, 4 hours each time; (2) Meet the PEW diagnostic criteria of ISRNM (at least three of the following are met) : 1) Serum biochemistry: albumin 5% (3-6 months), or body fat percentage =4 points); (4) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There have been severe infections, surgeries or acute cardiovascular events within the past three months; (2) Active malignant tumors or life expectancy less than 6 months; (3) Severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh grade C) or ALT/AST>3 times the upper limit of normal; (4) Severe digestive tract diseases affect nutrient absorption; (5) Currently taking medications that may affect appetite (such as megesterone, glucocorticoids, etc.); (6) Allergic to nafurafine or having contraindications; (7) Pregnant or lactating women; (8) Participated in other drug clinical trials within the past month.
