Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing gynecologic surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Patients assessed as being at moderate to high risk for postoperative pulmonary complications according to the "Preoperative Risk Scoring Table for Postoperative Pulmonary Complications"; 3. Aged 18–90 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe missingness in case data/medical records; 2. Emergency surgery.
