50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 50-70 years, with no known severe organic diseases. 2. Pathologically confirmed malignant gastric tumor, regardless of gender. 3. Postoperative pathology confirms lymph node metastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with difficulty swallowing or symptoms of upper gastrointestinal bleeding; 2. Those with esophageal-gastric varices or esophageal strictures; 3. Those with a history of gastric surgery; 4. Those with coagulation disorders or who need to continuously take anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs; 5. Those who have contraindications for gastroscopy and mucosal biopsy; 6. Individuals who refuse to cooperate with the research protocol and refuse to sign the informed consent form.
