No minimum to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 50 years old; 2.Diagnosed by pathology as gastric cancer or colorectal cancer (TNM stage I-III); 3.Proposed laparoscopic radical surgery (D2 radical resection for gastric cancer, anterior resection for colorectal cancer/combined resection of the abdomen and perineum); 4.No severe liver, kidney or liver diseases or coagulation dysfunction before surgery; 5.Can cooperate to complete follow-up;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgical patients; 2.Merge distant metastasis (stage IV); 3.Preoperative presence of intestinal obstruction and gastrointestinal bleeding; 4.Unable to communicate due to mental illness or cognitive impairment;
