Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria are based on the AIS diagnostic standards stipulated in the "Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Common Diseases in Traditional Chinese Chiropractic Surgery" issued by the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine: 1. Adolescents (aged 10 to 20); 2. The spine shows lateral curvature deformity; 3. There is asymmetry in the muscles on both sides of the spine, and there are differences in skin temperature; 4. The shoulder tips, the lower edges of the scapulae, and the iliac spines on both sides are not at the same height; 5. The Adam's forward flexion test is positive; 6. A full-length X-ray examination of the spine reveals spinal curvature and a Cobb angle of >= 10°.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has a history of previous spinal surgery; 2. Recently received spinal correction treatment; 3. Has a large area of scar or skin lesion on the back that may affect measurement; 4. Unable to cooperate with the examination or incomplete data collection.
