Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 35 and 85. 2.There is a need to see both far and near objects, and the condition of the fundus is relatively good; 3. Preoperative IOLmaster and corneal topography examinations show that the regular degree of corneal astigmatism is =1.50D. 4.The pupils are basically normal, with a natural diameter of 3.0 to 5.5mm in a darkroom. 5.The Kappa Angle is less than half of the diameter of the MIOL central refractive optical range or less than 0.5mm; 6. Preoperative high-order aberrations <0.5; 7. The axial length of the eye is between 21 and 29mm. 8. Implantation area refractive intraocular lenses 9.Complete clinical data;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with progressive retinal diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, epiretinal membrane, vitreoremacular traction syndrome, Stargardt disease, retinitis pigmentosa and severe optic neuropathy. 2. Patients with organic eye diseases such as severe corneal diseases, microcosis, obvious abnormalities in the pupil, obvious abnormalities in the structure of the lens, extremely high myopia, severe astigmatism with irregular astigmatism, chronic uveitis, glaucoma, alternating strabismus with obvious abnormalities in the structure of the lens, and amblyopia. 3.For patients known to have severe mental and psychological disorders; 4. Patients who, due to their related occupations or daily lifestyles (such as night driving, piloting aircraft, etc.), generally have relatively high requirements for visual quality but limited adaptability; 5. Patients who also need to undergo other ophthalmic surgeries such as combined glaucoma and cataract surgery, cataract extraction combined with vitreoretinal surgery, etc. 6. Patients with a history of eye injuries or eye surgeries that may affect vision in the past;
