Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Young and middle-aged people aged 18-59 years;; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of hyperuricemia in the "Chinese Multidisciplinary Expert Consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of hyperuricemia related Diseases (2023 version)" [1] : adults with normal purine diet, regardless of men and women, fasting blood uric acid level more than 420mol/L twice on different days; 3.Informed consent and voluntary participants; 4. have a smart phone and can skillfully operate wechat software; 5. Patients have good communication and understanding skills, and can complete the study independently or with the assistance of others.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of severe trauma, heart, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction, cerebrovascular disease, malignant tumors, etc. 2. Acute gout attack; 3. Patients with cognitive impairment or severe mental disorder who are unable to cooperate with the study; 4. Clinical subjects participating in other similar studies at the same time.
