Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 26 years, inclusive. 2. Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or postgraduate student at Beijing Sport University. 3. Specializing in basketball, with a major in Physical Education, Sports Training, Sports Pedagogy, or Sports Education and Training Science. 4. Participants must fully comprehend the contents of the informed consent form and voluntarily provide signed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with cardiovascular diseases or other serious health conditions. 2. Individuals with a recent history of major surgery or injuries. 3. Individuals taking medications or supplements that affect exercise performance on a long-term basis. 4. Individuals who experience adverse reactions to or are unable to tolerate high-intensity exercise.
