Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The main caregivers of 150 rehabilitation inpatients from our hospital and Punan Hospital who meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke and have been confirmed to have a stroke by CT or MRI; 2. Relatives of stroke patients who spend the longest time caring for the patients; 3. Aged 18 or above, with independent behavior and communication ability; 4. First-time caregivers of stroke patients and have not previously participated in training courses related to this caregiving intervention; 5. Agree to sign the informed consent form; 6. No mental illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. More than 2 caregivers or frequent changes of caregivers; 2. Individuals with serious illnesses; 3. Unable to continue cooperating with researchers due to various factors; 4. Individuals with mental disorders or psychological illnesses.
