60 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Clinically diagnosed with T2DM and receiving medication; 3. Taking oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin therapy for 3 months or more; 4. Normal cognitive ability, with basic understanding and expression skills; 5. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have severe acute complications or significantly worsen their condition during the study; 2. Those who have severe cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, neurological or mental system diseases that affect their self-management ability; 3. Other diseases that affect drug use or participation (such as advanced tumors, etc.); 4. Patients who are participating in other drug management or health education intervention studies.
