Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Possess a valid Nurse Practicing Certificate of the People's Republic of China; 2.Have at least 1 year of work experience; 3.Be a current employee of the affiliated hospital; 4.Be aged between 18 and 60 years old; 5.Be willing to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Be a temporarily assigned nurse; 2.Suffer from mental illness or physical illness; 3.Be absent from work due to reasons such as leave or further education at the time of the study; 4.Be temporarily absent from work due to sick leave or personal leave during the implementation of the intervention; 5.Be unwilling to participate in this study
