18 Years to 49 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range from 18 to 49 years old; 2. Pregnant women who have registered for prenatal check-ups at this institution and plan to give birth; 3. Pregnant women with high-risk assessment; 4. Single fetus in cephalic presentation; 5. Gestational weeks ranging from 32 to 35; 6. Possess the ability to operate a smart phone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of a severe psychiatric disorder or cognitive impairment; 2.Declined to participate in this study.
