Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients are staged according to the GFR level in accordance with the KDIGO guidelines. Non-dialysis patients with GFR < 60 ml/min/1.73m^2; 2. Those with a SGA score of <= 5 points; 3. Those meeting the diagnostic criteria for the syndrome of spleen-kidney qi deficiency in chronic renal failure; 4. Age of 18 years or older and less than 80 years; 5. Have good compliance and can cooperate with the follow-up arrangements made by medical staff; and have given informed consent for this study and cooperated in signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute kidney injury caused by various reasons; 2. Patients undergoing renal replacement therapy (hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, kidney transplantation, etc.); 3. Patients with severe primary diseases (liver/haematopoietic system, etc.), malignant tumors, severe infections or mental disorders; 4. Women younger than 18 years old, older than 75 years old, pregnant or in the lactation period; 5. Those who are prone to allergies or have damaged skin at the acupuncture site or infected lesions.
