Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2.ASA classification I-III; 3. Patients undergoing urologic endoscopic surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to sign the informed consent form; 2. Participation in another clinical trial within 4 weeks prior to enrollment; 3. History of mental illness, neurological disorders, cognitive impairment, or related conditions; 4. Presence of serious underlying diseases (such as cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, or abnormal liver or kidney function); 5. Having asthma or an allergy to aromatic essential oils; 6. History of chronic pain or recent use of sedatives or analgesics; 7. Presence of olfactory dysfunction; 8. Long-term use of peppermint essential oil.
