Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Experimental Group (Must meet all of the following criteria) :(1) Adenoid hypertrophy of Grade = III confirmed by flexible nasopharyngolaryngoscopy, or a nasopharyngeal lateral radiograph ratio of = 0.7; (2) Ability to cooperate with the collection of blood, fecal, and urine samples. 2.Inclusion Criteria for the Control Group (Must meet all of the following criteria): (1) Adenoid hypertrophy of Grade < III confirmed by flexible nasopharyngolaryngoscopy, or a nasopharyngeal lateral radiograph ratio of < 0.7; (2) Ability to cooperate with the collection of blood, fecal, and urine samples.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion Criteria for the Experimental Group (Participants meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded) (1) Complicated with obesity, metabolic diseases, or immunodeficiency; (2) Use of antibiotics or probiotics within the past month; (3) A history of major surgery, infectious diseases (e.g., pneumonia, septicemia), or nutritional intervention within the past three months. 2.Exclusion Criteria for the Control Group (Participants meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded) (1) Complicated with obesity, metabolic diseases, or immunodeficiency; (2) Use of antibiotics or probiotics within the past month; (3) A history of major surgery, infectious diseases (e.g., pneumonia, septicemia), or nutritional intervention within the past three months.
