Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically confirmed diagnosis of stroke (including ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke), based on cranial CT or MRI findings; 2.Presence of post-stroke hemiplegia (motor dysfunction in at least one limb); 3.Age >=18 years, no gender restriction; 4.Complete medical records, including general information, stroke-related clinical data, functional impairment assessment results, etc.; 5.Patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Xiangyang Central Hospital between December 2017 and December 2023.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hemiplegia caused by non-stroke causes (e.g., brain tumor, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, etc.); 2.Pre-existing severe motor dysfunction or disability prior to stroke (e.g., sequelae of previous stroke, severe bone and joint diseases, etc.); 3.Concomitant severe dysfunction of organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, or malignant tumors that may affect functional assessment; 4.Presence of severe cognitive impairment, consciousness disorder, or mental illness that prevents cooperation with the assessment; 5.Missing key variables in medical records (e.g., stroke type, hemiplegic side, main functional assessment results, etc.); 6.Patients who did not undergo any post-stroke functional impairment assessments during hospitalization.
