Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-80 years; 2.Patients with primary lung cancer scheduled for segmentectomy or lobectomy; 3.Preoperative expected survival >=1 year; 4.Lung function permits surgical intervention; 5.Able to undergo MRI examination and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Have severe heart failure, renal dysfunction or other systemic diseases that are unsuitable for MRI examination; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Those who cannot complete postoperative follow-up.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in functional lung MRI parameters;Correlation between functional lung MRI parameters and pulmonary function test indices;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Differences in the magnitude of change in functional lung MRI parameters between patients undergoing segmentectomy and lobectomy;Predictive value of preoperative functional lung MRI for postoperative pulmonary function;Agreement between functional lung MRI ventilation map and CT lung volume distribution;
