Experimental group:each patient was given a personalized PMMA oral stent, and instructed to wear it during position, set-up and the irradiation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were as follows: Patients aged 18-70 years;NPC patients confirmed by histopathology and received radiotherapy and chemotherapy for the first time; Patients who complied with this study and voluntarily signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were as follows: Patients with severe systemic disease, such as diabetes, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications. Patients with severe cognitive, mental, and language disorders.
